A 'qualified person' has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves; and Cupani Metals is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. These estimates, while believed to be reasonable, were recorded and made too early to be in accordance with National Instrument 43–101 standards and are, at best, “inferred mineral resources.” The economic viability has not been established and should not be relied upon by investors.
